Maine Maritime Academy

Gillian O'Neal, a four-year member of the Maine Maritime Academy Volleyball team, has accepted the position of Assistant Coach with the Mariners for the 2017 season. In her final season as a player, O'Neal helped lead the Mariners to the 2016 North Atlantic Conference Championship and was named the NAC Player of the Year for the second year in a row, as well as the NAC Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year. She also became Maine Maritime's all-time leader in kills (1,445).
