In May 2020 the NCAA announced a partnership with the Division-III Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the Sport Science Institute to bring awareness to mental health. The #BreakTheStigma initiative serves as a platform for student-athletes, administrators, coaches, staff, and support networks across the country to start the discussion, speak out on, and break the stigma surrounding mental health. Need help? We are here for you. Here are printable resources for you to find help on or off campus. College life can be as exciting as it is stressful. One way to manage the constant ups and downs of life is to practice self-care. You can make self-care a part of your lifestyle by participating in activities that can help reduce stress and improve your quality of life. You can create your own Self-Care Plan by brainstorming people, programs and activities in each of the eight categories.
