Box Score LYNDON CENTER, Vt. — Mary Badeen scored a career-high 30 points, including a school record tying seven threes, to lead Maine Maritime to a 73-55 win over Lyndon State Friday. The Mariners improved to 13-11 overall, 10-7 NAC while the Hornets dropped to 7-17, 5-12.
Badeen tied herself, teammate Courtney Dufour and Michelle Gott '07 with seven threes in a game.
Leah Jackson added a double-double, scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds. Kari Jones had 15 points for Maine Maritime while Hanna Lyons and Bekah Campbell chipped in five assists and three blocked shots, respectively.
Dannika Dobrowski had 17 points for the Hornets and Chelsea Watson had 10. Donna Lawson had 10 rebounds and two blocks in the loss and Chelsea Bagley had three assists.
The Mariners return to the court Saturday, 3 p.m., at Johnson State.
