WATERVILLE, Maine -- Maine Maritime Academy Volleyball fell to Colby College 3-0 (25-14, 25-21, 25-20) in non-conference play Tuesday night at Wadsworth Gymnasium. 

The Mules took a 3-1 victory against Maine Maritime at the Colby Invitational at the start of the season.  

Gillian O'Neal (Burbank, Calif.) had 13 digs, five kills, an ace and a block, Sydney Robertson (Barnstead, N.H.) led the Mariners with six kills, three digs and a block solo. Betsy Trenckmann (La Veta, Colo.) finished with 11 assists and Molly Marcotte (Seekonk, Mass.) added 11 digs.

Kim Donaldson had 16 kills on 28 total attacks and added two blocks for the Mules. Emily Moslener added 30 assists, four kills, and three aces. Karolina Serhan finished with nine kills, Megan Michie had a match-high four aces and, Sarah Arvidson contributed seven kills and nine digs, and Natalie Roy led in digs with 13.

Maine Maritime (13-14) will wrap up their regular season tomorrow night when they host Me.-Presque Isle for two matches inside of Smith Gymnasium, starting at 5:00 PM. The Mariners will be honoring their two seniors, Trenckmann and Robertson, as well as holding their "Think Pink" game and hosting VolleyKids.
