MILTON, N.Y. – Jessica Faltings (Northport, N.Y.) placed 38th out of 100 runners on Saturday, to lead Maine Maritime Academy women's cross country at the ECAC Championships.

Faltings finished the 6K course with a time of 27:34.9. Faltings and teammate Jessica Lindsay (Limestone, Maine) represented the Mariners along with 15 other Division III schools. Lindsay placed 97th overall with a time of 34:19.5.

Stevens Institute took the team victory with a score of 67, followed by Vassar College in second with 84 points. Castleton's Kaylyn Crompton was the top finisher running the course in a time of 24:53.2.

Maine Maritime will return to action next Saturday, November 12 at the NCAA Division III Northeast Regionals hosted by Westfield State at Stanley Park in Westfield, Mass.
