GORHAM, Maine -- Aylen Wolf (Surry, Maine) placed 236th out of 370 runners to lead Maine Maritime Academy men's cross country to a 47th place finish at the NCAA Division III New England Regional Championships hosted by the University of Southern Maine at the Gorham Country Club on Saturday.

Wolf completed the 8K course with a time of 29:59.8 to lead the Mariners. Cole Brundige (Bainbridge Island, Wash.) placed 265th with a time of 30:58.0 and teammate Sam Sewall (York, Maine) finished in 284th place. Keenan Martin (Dixfield, Maine) placed closely behind in 288th and Ryan Donlon (Saco, Maine) rounded out the top five finishers for the Mariners in 333rd place.

MIT took the team victory with a score of 81, and Plymouth State's Sam Brunnette finished first overall with a time of 25:22.8.
