How it Happened: The Mariners jumped out to a quick lead in the first, going up by 14 points with 10 minutes left in the half. Maine Maritime continued to extend their lead throughout the first half, going into halftime with a 25 point cushion.

The Nor'easters regrouped and started to chip away at the Mariners lead during the second half. With 30 seconds left, the University of New England tied the game up to send it to overtime.

In the first overtime, the Nor'easters went up by five before the Mariners came back and tied it again to go into double overtime. UNE barely claimed a two point victory over the Mariners.

Inside the Numbers:
- Carter Rubin (Littleton, Colo.) scored a game-high 26 points and six rebounds.
- Josiah Dancy (Orlando, Fla.) tallied 19 points, seven points, and a game-high seven assists.
- Curt Heinz (Stuttgart, Germany) and Connor Tuerff (Hendersonville, Tenn.) added 16 points each.
- Winston Bryan had 24 points, while Ray Evans added 22 for the Nor'easters.
- Maine Maritime shot 50.7% from the hardwood and 39.1% from beyond the arc, while the University of New England shot 44.0% from the floor and 28.0% from three point land.
