BANGOR, Maine – Maine Maritime Academy men's swimming and diving team swam against Husson University and fell by a final score of 122-155.
 
Men's Team Highlights

• Jay Creegan brought home two first place finish for the Mariners in the 1000 yard freestyle (11:04.05) and the 500 yard freestyle (5:18.70).
• In the 50 yard breaststroke, Aidan Burke gave the Mariners another first place finish, touching the wall at 30.46. Burke also placed second in the 100 yard breaststroke (1:09.18).
• Carson Trout placed first in the 50 yard freestyle (22.82) and finished second in the 50 yard backstroke (26.65).
• In the 100 yard butterfly John Markillie placed first for the Mariners (56.91). Markillie also gave the Mariners a second place finish in the 100 yard backstroke (59.86).
• John Markillie, Aidan Burke, Ryan Maher, and Carson Trout placed second for the Mariners in the 400 yard medley relay (3:54.38).
• The team of John Markillie, Fox Fernald, Aidan Walls, and Carson Trout placed second in the 400 yard freestyle relay by a time of 3:27.34.
