CASTINE--Visiting Colby College scored five unanswered goals to defeat Maine Maritime Academy, 5-1, in non-conference men's soccer action at Ritchie Field on Monday night. Colby improves to 5-7 on the season while Maine Maritime now sits at 5-6-1 overall.

How It Happened
  • Colby outshot MMA 16-8 (10-7 on goal) and had an 8-4 edge in corner kicks.
  • In the fifth minute, Maine Maritime struck first on a quick free kick taken by Crea from midfield. On the restart, Crea rifled the long shot over the keeper's head who was straying off his line and into the net.
  • Wallack, however, equalized 37 seconds later with his first goal.
  • The Mules broke the game open with three goals in a span of 5 minutes and 53 seconds to take a 4-1 lead.
