BRUNSWICK, Maine — The Maine Maritime Academy women's cross-country team competed Saturday at the State of Maine Intercollegiate Championship hosted by Bowdoin College at Pickard Field Cross Country Course.
Junior Sophia Sabet led the Mariners with a time of 25:48.92, while sophomore Kyle Cantlon finished in 33:21.04.
Senior
Lillian Verrill also ran for Maine Maritime, posting a 36:40.94. Sophomore Kylie Coxon and freshman
Emily Metzker made their season debuts.
The Mariners return to action Oct. 4 at the NAC Preview at Saxl Park in Bangor.
