DELHI, N.Y. — Maine Maritime Academy's men's basketball team handed SUNY Delhi a 79-63 setback on Saturday afternoon at Floyd L. Maines Arena.
The Mariners (7-11 overall, 7-4 NAC) rallied after a tight first half, outscoring the Delhi (5-13, 4-7 NAC) 41-23 in the second half to pull away for the conference victory. Delhi falls to 5-13 overall and 4-7 in the North Atlantic.

Jack Banks led Maine Maritime with a stellar 37 points on 15-of-19 shooting, adding nine rebounds to anchor the attack. Freshman
Drew Hamilton chipped in 13 points, while senior
Josiah Dancy contributed nine points and five assists. The Mariners shot 62.0 percent from the field and 46.7 percent from beyond the arc on the day.
Delhi's defense managed to stay within striking distance early but could not match Maine Maritime's efficiency in the second half.
Maine Maritime returns to action on the road Friday against the University of Maine at Presque Isle at 5:30 p.m.
