CASTINE, Maine — The Maine Maritime Academy women's soccer team announced its first recruit on Wednesday, as Natalie Johnson will join the Mariners this coming fall.
Johnson joins the Mariners from King George, Virginia where she attended King George High School and played two years of varsity soccer.
In addition to her high school career, Johnson played one year of FSCI (Pheonix) girls select travel and three years of FFC-Classic and Travel.
Johnson is a goalkeeper who earned the Keeper Wars Ink 2025-1
st in East Division and fourth in the nation.
Off the field, Johnson will graduate this spring with a weighted 4.25 GPA with an advanced diploma earning nearly 60 college credits and plans to study marine biology and small vessel operations at Maine Maritime.
