Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)

In compliance with the Department of Education's (DOE) regulations regarding Title IX, Maine Maritime Academy participates in the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) annual survey. The Athletic Department posts its programs participation rates and financial support data on the athletics website by October 15th of each year as required. The EADA is designed to make current and prospective student-athletes, as well as all others concerned, aware of the Academy's commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its students.
