The Facility: Renovated in concert with the Kenny and Lynn Brown Weight Room, the cardio fitness room features a nine-piece, selectorized strength circuit and 19 cardio machines manufactured by Landice, LifeFitness and Centurion. Three treadmills and four Landice ellipticals have 26 programs including Navy, Marine and firefighter fitness tests. The room also features two steppers, three recumbent bikes, three upright bikes, and four LifeFitness ellipticals.
