Hipp, a 2018 graduate of Knox College, joins the Mariners for his first season as an Assistant Coach.

At Knox, Hipp earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and served as Student Assistant Football Coach during the Spring 2018 season after spending four seasons with the Knox Football Team. Hipp was a three-time Midwest Conference All-Academic Team selection.
