Carey, a 2017 graduate from the University of Maine, returns to the Mariners for his second season as an Assistant Coach. 

Carey was a five-year member of the Maine Black Bears Football Team and a member of the 2013 CAA Championship team. During his time with the Black Bears Carey worked at the summer football camps. The Maine native earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UMaine.
