Maine Maritime Academy

Dagan begins her 21st season on the basketball staff at Maine Maritime Academy. In 2019, Dagan was inducted into the William J. Mottolla Athletics Hall of Fame.

Prior to working at MMA, Dagan was a high school health education teacher and an assistant coach at Springfield College for three seasons.

Originally from Scarborough, Maine, Dagan attended Springfield College and received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1998 and her Master of Education degree in 2000. While at Springfield, she was a four-year performer and three-year starter at the guard position for the Pride.

Dagan's duties include recruiting, scouting of opponents, development of the Mariner guards, and planning of practices.In her nine seasons at Maine Maritime, Dagan has been responsible for developing several outstanding guards. She has coached several North Atlantic Conference all-stars, and continues to help improve a young group of players from last year's squad.

Dagan was the Maine Maritime Academy Head Volleyball Coach from 2003-2011, where she led the Mariners to four NAC Championships and four NCAA Tournament appearances. From 2005-2012 Dagan served as the Maine Maritime Academy Head Softball Coach, leading the Mariners to five NAC tournaments.
