Eric Terrill served as the Head Coach for the Maine Maritime Women's Soccer program during the 2020-2021 season.

Prior to coming to Maine Maritime Terrill spent 25 seasons at NCAA Division I Charleston Southern University. In his 25 seasons on the sidelines with the Buccaneers, Terrill compiled a 181-244-41 overall record and 75-99-21 mark in Big South Conference play. He wrapped up his coaching career at CSU with the second-most overall wins in Big South history (overall and conference-only) and his tenure included a share of the Big South regular season championship in 2010.

The Bucs recorded four double-digit win seasons under Terrill and won 12 games three times in a four-year span between 2007 and 2010. The four-year span came during a stretch in which CSU had five-straight winning seasons, posting a record of 54-33-10 and 24-13-7 in the Big South. The Bucs also garnered 11 victories in 1996 and won nine games on three occasions including 2018.

Under Terrill's direction, the Bucs had 70 selections to All-Big South teams and 14 named to the All-Freshman squad. The Bucs had three players earn Big South Player of the Year recognition with Marky Boyce (2009 & 2010) and Carrie Terrill (2001) taking top honors from the conference during his tenure.

Terrill's first head coaching job came in 1994 when he started both the men's and women's soccer programs at Division II Chowan. He started his career as an assistant men's coach at Appalachian State from 1987-89 followed by four years as assistant men's and women's coach at Lees-McRae.

Terrill has served as a South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia Olympic Development Program Coach, as well as a Region III coaching staff member. He also holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.
