Bartlett joined the Mariners staff in July 2024 after serving the Academy as a contracted, certified athletic trainer from Northern Light Health (NLH) during the 2023-2024 academic year. He has worked in the collegiate athletic environment for both NLH and as a graduate assistant at the University of Southern Maine. As an undergraduate at Maine-Presque Isle (UMPI), he interned at both Colby and Husson, and worked with the University of Maine football team. He also has clinical experience as a physical therapist aide.
Bartlett is also familiar with the North Atlantic Conference (NAC), the Academy's primary league. He was the NAC's Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year in men's soccer, as well as a two-time team captain for UMPI. Bartlett was the Owls' Outstanding Student in Exercise Science and the Maine Athletic Trainers Association's Carl Nelson Scholarship Award recipient.
