Craig Dagan

Craig Dagan was named head coach of the Maine Maritime men’s golf program in Augusta 2026 after previously serving as head coach from 2012-14 and co-head coach during the 2024-25 season. He also serves as the head coach of the Maine Maritime women’s basketball program.

Dagan has spent over 25 years on the bench or sideline at Maine Maritime Academy coaching women’s basketball, women’s soccer and men’s golf during his time with the Mariners.

The winningest coach in Maine Maritime Academy history, Dagan is also the longest tenured coach in any sport.

A 1991 graduate of Southern Maine Technical College, Dagan earned an associate's degree before earning his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1997 and his master's degree from Springfield College in 2001.
