Heidi Pugliese is the Director of Human Resources, and serves as the Title IX Coordintor for Maine Maritime. As the Title IX Coordinator for the Academy, she works with the staff, faculty and students to ensure that the Academy is in compliance with Title IX guidance from the Office of Civil Rights.
