Hometown: New Milford, Connecticut

Major: Marine Engineering Technology

Anticipated Graduation Year: 2023

What made you come to Maine Maritime Academy?: I wanted to be able to go to a school that I could have more hands on experience with engineering. I've also always wanted to work on the water, and MMA allows me to do both.

What first got you interested in your sport?: What first got me interested in lacrosse at MMA was the family aspect of it on and off the field. The team is close knit and helps each other better ourselves on and off the field.

What has been your favorite class at MMA?: My favorite class at MMA so far has been Diesel Power. I really enjoyed learning about how different engines work and how they are put together.

What is the best advice your coach has given you?: The best advice my coach has given me so far was to play my game and do everything I could to be a good teammate. We have a team full of very skilled players that can control a game. When we work as a team we make great things happen.

What motivates you to succeed?: My teammates are what make me motivated to succeed. They always want me to do my best in a practice, game, and even in school. They motivate me to improve my skills everyday.

What is your prized possession?: My prized possession is my All State award for high school hockey. I felt very accomplished when I received it and I am always proud of myself for getting that award.

What is your favorite book? (Non-academic): My favorite book has to be the first Hunger Games book. I like the plot and there's a lot of action in it.

What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?: Something that people would be surprised to learn about me is that I qualified for Nationals for statistics in the FBLA club I was in during high school.

What are your hopes for the future?: My hopes for the future are to be the best team in the NAC and to keep bettering myself on and off the field.

What advice do you have for incoming freshman?: My advice for incoming freshman is to use all of the resources on campus. There's a lot of things that can help you succeed in school and sports.

What has been your favorite moment so far while playing at MMA?: My favorite moment has to be scoring my first career goal in our first game in Connecticut. It was amazing to get that goal with my whole family watching.

Who is your favorite professional athlete? Why?: My favorite professional athlete has to be Brad Marchand. I like the way he is scrappy on the ice and how he can skate around a whole team and score a nice goal.
