What made you come to Maine Maritime Academy?: The ability to succeed after college in my field of choice.
What first got you interested in your sport?: My mom got me into swimming when I was six years old.
What has been your favorite class at MMA?: Ocean Survival
What is the best advice your coach has given you?: Don't worry about the future just focus on what you can do in the moment to be successful.
What motivates you to succeed?: Pride.
What is your prized possession?: A penny my sister gave me at one of my best meets that also fell on my birthday.
What is your favorite book? (Non-academic): Any Percy Jackson book.
What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?: I'm amazing at ultimate frisbee.
What are your hopes for the future?: An Aston Martin in the driveway.
What is your favorite spot in Castine/on Campus? Why?: The pool is my favorite. It's the place I am use to get out my stress.
Tell us about a summer experience related to MMA?: I have yet to experience a summer as a part of MMA.
Tell us about something you are involved with here at MMA?: I am squad leader in the regiment.
What advice do you have for incoming freshman?: Get your Chick-fil-A while you can.
What is your greatest challenge?: Maintaining a challenging mindset and fighting complacency.
What has been your favorite moment so far while playing at MMA?: Exploring the ship on watch.
What are three things you have with you at all times?: My ID card, two ink sticks, and a cover.
Which teammate has had the biggest impact on you? Why?: One of my third class Strykers is on the team and he helped me with the transition into being a student athlete at MMA.
Tell us about something outside of MMA and athletics that you are really interested in: Photography.
Who is your favorite professional athlete? Why?: Can't go wrong with the GOAT Tom Brady.
