Hometown: Mahopac, New York

Major: International Business and Logistics

Anticipated Graduation Year: 2022

What made you come to Maine Maritime Academy?: I chose MMA because of its' great reputation and the opportunities it will provide me with.

What first got you interested in your sport?: My three older sisters all played basketball, so I decided to follow in their footsteps and have loved it ever since!

What has been your favorite class at MMA?: Intro to Business.

What is the best advice your coach has given you?: The best advice my coach has given me is to always work hard because this can be applied to both basketball and everyday life.

What motivates you to succeed?: Knowing that there is a very small percentage of people who get to play college basketball makes me very grateful and want to work harder to succeed.

What is your prized possession?: My prized possession is probably my chapstick because I will never leave my room without it.

What is your favorite book? (Non-academic): My favorite book is The Hunger Games.

What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?: I can talk with my mouth closed!

What are your hopes for the future?: I hope to graduate college with a NAC championship under my belt and receive a good job.

What is your favorite spot in Castine/on Campus? Why?: My favorite spot in Castine is Dyce's Head Lighthouse because it has a really pretty view and is a good place to go to just hangout and relax.

What is your greatest challenge?: My greatest challenge is that I am currently out for the season because I tore my ACL and Meniscus; however, I am doing a lot of rehab and can't wait for next season!

How has the InCommand Leadership Programming helped you as a student-athlete?: The InCommand leadership program has helped me realize that everyone can be a leader in some ways no matter how old you are or what your role on the team is.
