What made you come to Maine Maritime Academy?: I love the water and MMA is the best place to get a great education while pursing a career working on the water.
What first got you interested in your sport?: My siblings played so naturally when I was old enough I started to play as well and have been playing ever since.
What has been your favorite class at MMA?: My favorite class so far is Intro to Small Vessel Operations. The lecture was always interesting and I learned a lot but the lab was what made it an awesome class we would just go out and drive the boats for two hours.
What is the best advice your coach has given you?: Focus on the present and win the day.
What motivates you to succeed?: My teammates, they are my brothers so I show up everyday and do my best to help them come out on top.
What is your prized possession?: My dirt bike (but I sold it).
What is your favorite book? (Non-academic): Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?: I have an identical twin brother.
What are your hopes for the future?: I want to get my 1600 ton license and work on a tug boat.
What is your favorite spot in Castine/on Campus? Why?: Out on the field putting in work with the boys. It’s just a good place to not have to worry about school and clear head while doing what I love.
What are three things you have with you at all times?: My phone, wallet, and keys.
Tell us about something outside of MMA and athletics that you are really interested in: Riding dirt bikes with my friends.
