What made you come to Maine Maritime Academy?: Hands on learning, quality of education, and athletics.
What first got you interested in your sport?: I started micro when I was four and I have loved it ever since!
What has been your favorite class at MMA?: Tug and Barge.
What is the best advice your coach has given you?: "If you're going to walk, at least walk fast" it has stayed with me for almost 15 years.
What motivates you to succeed?: My teammates and becoming better for myself.
What is your prized possession?: My frog shaped coin bank.
What is your favorite book? (Non-academic): A Wrinkle in Time.
What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?: I love cool mugs.
What are your hopes for the future?: To get a job and love it.
What has been your favorite moment so far while playing at MMA?: Definitely winning the NAC for the first time, I can still remember how I felt during every moment of that game.
What are three things you have with you at all times?: Chapstick, a hair tie, and my phone.
Tell us about something outside of MMA and athletics that you are really interested in: I love being outdoors! Anything from hiking to fishing to snow shoeing, anything that'll get me outdoors I am into.
Who is your favorite professional athlete? Why?: Kelly Slater, he is very inspirational and a good idol for following your dreams. He works hard and is successful, yet stays humble and caring.
