GORHAM, Maine – Maine Maritime women's soccer falls to the University of Southern Maine, 7-0 in a non-conference matchup on Tuesday evening.

How it Happened: The Huskies scored two quick goal in the first 10 minutes of the matchup from Catriona Gould and Ciera Berthiaume to make the score 2-0 over the Mariners. The University of Southern Maine would go on to score five more goals in the game to beat the Mariners 7-0.

Inside the Numbers:
- The Huskies held a 22-1 advantage in shots and a 12-0 edge in corner kicks over the Mariners.
- Bess MacArthur (Castine, Maine) tallied 45 minutes, recording three saves and Lorelei Mason (Gardiner, Maine) played 45 minutes as well, recording 12 saves.
- Breanna Atwood recorded one save for the Huskies.
