Kirra Magaña (Miami, Fla.) scores two goals in the Mariners' 3-0 conference win over SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday afternoon.
How it Happened: Maine Maritime set the tone early for the match when
Catherine Swift (Lunenburg, Mass.) found Magaña in front of the net for their first goal of the game. The Mariners continued to have multiple opportunities in the first, but couldn't connect, ending the first half with a score of 1-0. In the 62
nd minute of the second half, the Magaña, Swift duo did it again when Magaña scored off a corner kick from Swift.
Hazel Stoddard (Old Orchard Beach, Maine) topped off the afternoon with a goal in the 76
th minute to bring the score to 3-0 to end the game.
