WATERVILLE, Maine – Maine Maritime women's basketball beat Colby College, 67-62 in non-conference action on Tuesday evening.
Erianna Moore (Fitchburg, Mass.) shot 67% from the hardwood for 23 points, in addition to six rebounds, two assists, and one block.

How it Happened: Colby College took a quick lead on the Mariners in the first quarter, before Maine Maritime scored six straight points to go up by four. The Mariners continued to extend their lead, going up by 11 at one point in the second quarter, before the Mules came clawing back to get within four at halftime.

The third and fourth quarters were extremely close, but the Mariners were able to hang on to their lead to claim a 67-62 victory.

- Erianna Moore (Fitchburg, Mass.) shot 67% from the hardwood for 23 points, in addition to six rebounds, two assists, and one block.
- Lauren Plissey (Hermon, Maine) added 17 points, four assists, three rebounds, three blocks, and one steal to the mix.
- Maria Barela (Albuquerque, N.M.) tallied 12 points, eight rebounds, three steals, two blocks, and one assist.
- Carter Mcgloon had a game-high 25 points, while Caroline Smith added 14 points for the Mules.
- Maine Maritime shot 52.3% from the floor and 60% from three point land, while the Mules shot 33.8% from the hardwood and 25% from beyond the arc.
