Maine Maritime's Head Men's Lacrosse Coach, Brandon Melville had this to say on the 2023 schedule. "Success doesn't happen overnight; you have to face challenges and adversity along the way. You have to get knocked down and get back up again. There is absolutely no question that this schedule will provide us with challenges and adversity over the course of the season as we play some historically great programs here in the Northeast," said Melville. "We have a mature and experienced group on this team that has seen what it takes to get up when you get knocked down and there is absolutely no question in my mind that they will give every opponent on our schedule the hardest fought 60-minute battle they'll see all season long. They have all the confidence in the world in themselves and their teammates. We're excited to get things going again and seeing how things shape up here in 2023."
