LA PLUME, Pa. – Maine Maritime women's lacrosse moves to 3-0 for start their 2023 campaign as they defeat Keystone College 13-3 in a non-conference matchup.

How it Happened: Within the first three minutes of play,
Olivia Harriman (Orrington, Maine) found
Hazel Stoddard (Old Orchard Beach, Maine) for the first goal of the afternoon to put the Mariners on the board. They continued to score four more goals before Keystone scored three straight goals to cut the Mariner lead to two. Maine Maritime scored four more goals in the second quarter to make the score 9-3 going into halftime.

The Mariners shut out Keystone in the second half, while scoring four more goals to claim a 13-3 win.

Inside the Numbers:
- Stoddard tallied a game-high seven goals and two assists, along with five ground balls, four draw controls, and three caused turnovers.
- Harriman recorded two goals and a game-high four assists, while Amber Card (Bowdoin, Maine) added two goals as well.
- Rebecca Caron (Naples, Maine) and Kirra Magaña (Miami, Fla.) each chipped in one goal.
- Kelsey Melton (Great Falls, Va.)tallied eight saves in net for the Mariners, while Hannah Osbahr recorded six for Keystone.
