Women's Volleyball Grounds Host Eagles in Three in NAC Battle

The Mariners swept Husson 26-24, 25-22, 25-16 behind a .068 hitting percentage defense

BANGOR, Maine--The Maine Maritime Academy defense continues to be something to reckon with as the Mariners limited host Husson University to a .068 attack percentage in a 26-24, 25-22, 25-16 victory in North Atlantic Conference women's volleyball action at Newman Athletic Gymnasium on Friday evening. The Mariners improve to 6-7 on the season and 2-0 in the NAC East Division, while the Eagles slip to 3-9 overall and 1-1 in the conference.
