Box Score WATERVILLE, Maine--Joshua Joseph scored the game-winning goal off a turnover with 13 seconds left in regulation as top-seeded and host Thomas College escaped with a 3-2 comeback victory over No. 2 seed Maine Maritime Academy on Sunday in the 2024 North Atlantic Conference Men's Soccer East Division Semifinals at Smith Field. The Mariners see their season end in heartbreaking fashion with an overall record of 8-8-2, while the Terriers (13-1-3) advance to the NAC Finals next weekend.

How It Happened

• Maine Maritime took a 1-0 advantage in the 32nd minute when Dickenson headed Baur's right-wing cross into the upper-right of the goal.
• Toledo gave MMA a 2-0 lead in the 54th minute with his second penalty-kick goal in as many days, finding the lower-left corner.
• In the second half, Thomas erased the two-goal deficit starting in the 59th minute with a pair of goals by Robinson and Clough just 10 minutes and 33 seconds apart. 
• Joseph, who could earn his second-straight NAC Offensive Player of the Year Award, intercepted a backpass to the keeper and poked the ball across the goal line from close range. He leads the conference with 17 goals.
• Thomas led MMA in shots (28-15), shots on goal (14-6), corner kicks (9-3) and yellow cards (4-1).
