Ryan Parent was crowned rookie of the week while senior
Trey Marcil captured player of the week honors.
Parent impressed in his collegiate debut scoring five goals and adding two assists for seven points. Parent tallied the five ground balls and the eventual game-winning goal.
Marcil led the Mariners with eight points in their opening finishing with three goals and a team-high five assists. Marcil racked up five ground balls and two caused turnovers.
