Lappin led the Mariners with four goals and one assist, while freshman
Ryan Parent added two goals and sophomore
Tristan Reinhold, freshman
Connor Harvey and senior

The Mariners struck first when Parent opened the scoring in the first quarter, and Reinhold followed later in the period off a feed from Lappin to give Maine Maritime a 2-1 lead after one.
After a back-and-forth second quarter, Maine Maritime carried a 4-3 advantage into halftime, highlighted by Harvey's unassisted goal and a buzzer-beating tally from Lappin with two seconds remaining.
The Mariners gained momentum in the third quarter, taking a 7-5 lead after goals from Lappin, Michaud and a man-up strike from Parent.
Trey Marcil played a key role in the surge, dishing out two assists.

Defensively, sophomore goalkeeper
