Six men’s soccer players garner NAC all-conference honors

WATERVILLE, Maine — The North Atlantic Conference announced its 2025 men's soccer all-conference awards on Tuesday, and six Maine Maritime Academy players earned recognition.

Senior Ronnie Morgan headlined MMA's honorees, being named the NAC Senior Scholar Athlete and earning First-Team All-Conference defensive honors. Morgan capped his career with one goal and one assist while anchoring a back line that held opponents to a 1.41 goals-against average. He also collected one NAC Defensive Player of the Week award this season.

Off the field, Morgan maintains a 3.92 GPA in power engineering technology and was a 2024 CSC First Team Academic All-American. A three-year captain, he is a three-time NAC All-Academic selection, a member of the Mariners Athletics Elite-8, and the 2024 NAC Defensive Player of the Year.

Junior Gabriel Toledo also earned First-Team All-Conference recognition after finishing the season with seven goals and two assists. Toledo recorded two game-winning goals and went a perfect 4-for-4 on penalty kicks.

Senior John-John Dickenson rounded out MMA's first-team selections, leading the Mariners with 10 goals, including three game-winners. He added one assist on 26 shot attempts and earned NAC Player of the Week honors once.

Junior James Baur was named to the All-Conference Third Team, concluding the year with five goals and a team-high three assists, along with two game-winning tallies.

Freshman goalkeeper Kole Wayman also earned Third-Team All-Conference honors after posting a 1.39 goals-against average with 32 saves. Wayman finished 3-2-2 in net and claimed two NAC Defensive Player of the Week awards.

Additionally, sophomore Garrison Fisher was selected to the NAC Sportsmanship Team.
