WATERVILLE, Maine — The Maine Maritime Academy men's golf team returned to the links Saturday, competing in the Sid Farr Invitational hosted by Colby College at Waterville Country Club.
The Mariners were led by freshman
Nathan Baker, who finished with a 16-over-par 86, while sophomore
Nicholas Villella posted a 17-over 87.
Junior
Brady Bumford recorded a 90 in the 18-hole event, and fellow junior
Mac McCarthy shot a 91. Sophomore
Evan Duprey also competed for Maine Maritime, carding a 95 to round out the Mariners' showing.
Maine Maritime returns to action Sunday at the UMF Invitational, also at Waterville Country Club.
