What made you come to Maine Maritime Academy?: I wanted to come to MMA because of the unique dual degree program.
What first got you interested in your sport?: I was interested in swimming not just because I swam in high school but I also thought it would be a really cool experience to be part of a new and developing team.
What has been your favorite class at MMA?: Chemistry.
What is the best advice your coach has given you?: Whatever happens, happens.
What motivates you to succeed?: Knowing I put a lot of hard work in.
What is your prized possession?: My snacks.
What is your favorite book? (Non-academic): The Handmaid's Tale.
What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?: I can ride a unicycle.
What are your hopes for the future?: I would like to be captain of a tugboat.
What is your favorite spot in Castine/on Campus? Why?: I like Witherle Woods, there are a lot of nice trails and ocean views. It's a great place to go for a walk or a run in any weather.
What has been your favorite moment so far while playing at MMA?: Trying to do a team push-up during drylands.
What are three things you have with you at all times?: My phone, water bottle and a snack.
