What made you come to Maine Maritime Academy? The focused environment was something I liked immediately for my education.
What first got you interested in your sport? I started playing at four years old, my dad got me interested.
What has been your favorite class at MMA? Business Law.
What is the best advice your coach has given you? To never underestimate the importance of preparation.
What motivates you to succeed? My teammates, we all want to do the best we can for each other.
What is your prized possession? My fish, her name is Debby.
What is your favorite book? (Non-academic) Life of Pi.
What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you? I am very uncoordinated.
What are your hopes for the future? To become a logistics coordinator/director.
What is your favorite spot in Castine/on Campus? Why? My favorite spot is easily Witherle Woods. It's a great place for walks and sunsets.
Tell us about something you are involved with here at MMA? I'm also a student representative on the Library Committee. I've been actively participating for two years.
What is your greatest challenge? Here at MMA my greatest challenge is definitely managing my time between school, family, soccer, and friends. Trying to keep a healthy balance has been a challenge, and it keeps me on my toes.
What has been your favorite moment so far while playing at MMA? My favorite moment was definitely when we won our conference quarterfinal game against Thomas.
