CASTINE, Maine – Maine Maritime women's swimming & diving competed against Husson University in a non-scoring meet for Senior Day.
Highlights:
• Relay Team of Natasha Kopeck (Manchester Center, Vt.), Ellie Gellerson (Blue Hill, Maine), Sam Durkin (Green Lane, Penn.), and Kaitlyn Reny (Lewiston, Maine) finished first in the 200 Yard Medley Relay (2:09.10), while relay team of Roxanna MacGregor (Eastport, Maine), Avery Nelson (Dover-Foxcroft, Maine), Milo Cook-Sharp (Cape Elizabeth, Maine), and Brooke Foley (Mystic, Conn.) placed third (2:19.77).
• Cook-Sharp took first in the 400 Yard IM (5:30.85).
• Eva Schulz (Evergreen, Colo.) placed second in the 200 Yard Freestyle (2:17.16).
• Reny placed second in the 50 Yard Breaststroke (37.68).
• MacGregor finished second in the 50 Yard Backstroke (32.02), while Zayna Dickson (Urbandale, Iowa) took third (33.55).
• Megan Durrua (Point Pleasantt Beach, N.J.) finished first in the 200 Yard IM (2:31.32), while Cook-Sharp took second (2:38.61) and Liza Zhukov (Barrington, R.I.) placed third (2:40.76).
• Durkin took first in the 100 Yard Freestyle (1:02.37), while Schulz placed second (1:06.11).
• Dickson took second in the 100 Yard Backstroke (1:11.63).
• Durrua placed first in the 50 Yard Butterfly (30.66), while Cook-Sharp finished third (31.85).
• Reny took second in the 50 Yard Freestyle (29.72), while Gellerson placed third (29.75).
• Kopeck finished second in the 200 Yard Backstroke (2:33.21).
• MacGregor took third in the 100 Yard IM (1:15.07).
• Relay team of Schulz, Zhukov, Dickson, and Durrua took first in the 200 Yard Freestyle (1:52.78).
