BABSON PARK, Mass. -- Maine Maritime Academy junior
Oliver Cox won his first Little East Conference 3-meter diving championship to open the 2025 LEC Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Championships at Babson College. Cox was crowned after a historic debut for Maine Maritime, which is in its first season as conference affiliate in the sport.

Cox twice set the LEC Championship scoring record, first by posting an 11-dive score of 351.85 points in prelims before upping his total to 373.40 points at the conclusion of finals.
The 3-meter diving finishes will be officially recognized Friday night following the first full day of competition at the Boston Sports Institute in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Preliminary round are set to begin at 10 a.m. and the finals will begin at 6:30 p.m. Gates open one-hour to the scheduled start time.
