Dagan, was the Maine Maritime Academy Head Volleyball Coach from 2003-2011, compiling a 134-60 record, including two 20-win seasons, for a .691 winning percentage, the highest by any coach in Maine Maritime Academy history. Dagan led the Mariners to five-straight NAC Volleyball Finals, including their first conference championship and four-straight NAC Championships and NCAA appearances. She was named the 2009 NAC Volleyball Coach of the Year. During her tenure, she produced 23 All-Conference selections, four Rookie of the Years, three Players of the Years and a Defensive Player of the Year.

Dagan also served as the Head Softball Coach from 2005-2012, compiling a 78-107 record with a .422 winning percentage. Dagan coached the Mariners to five NAC Tournament appearances, including a NAC Final appearance in 2010. She was named the 2010 NAC Softball Coach of the Year and Produced 10 softball All-Conference selections and two Defensive Player of the Years. Over the past 19 seasons she has also volunteered her time as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, helping lead the Mariners to two NAC Championships and three NCAA tournament appearances.
